Hits two parked cars Frederick Miller, 55, Milford, was southbound on Third street, Goshen, Friday at 7:45 p.m. when he hit two parked vehicles. One auto belonged to Blanche Cluen of Indianapolis and the other to Gregory Packer, 503 S. Third St., Goshen. Mr. Miller had just passed Monroe street when his 1971 Chevrolet hit the parked 1972 Oldsmobile belonging to the Cluen woman and then struck the 1966 Chevrolet belonging to Mr. Packer. No injuries were reported and damage was set at SI,BOO by Ptl. Terry Schollian. Tailpipe deposits are clue to wasted gas Except under excessive choking conditions or city driving, soot in the tailpipe is a sign of wasted gas — normally exhaust pipes should show crisp, grayish deposits. The trouble may lie within the ignition system, the carburetor, or both.
