Approximately SSO in damage to the left rear fender of a 1973 Chevrolet truck was listed while parked in front of the Star Store. The truck belongs to Phillip and Luetta Egolf of r 1 Cromwell. The mishap occurred as Mrs. James Kitson, 58, r 1 Syracuse, backed her 1972 Chevrolet truck from a parking space and bumped the Egolf vehicle. About $5 damage was given to the right rear of the Kitson truck.

The Wawasee high school swimming team is looking forward to a good year, according to coach Dave Rankin who is busy working out with his team and the school pool. Rankin says, “We’ll be as a team stronger than in year’s past, and we have to do it all together or we won’t do it at aH.”

Clem Lisor and Brain Simmons, both sophomores, are strong members of the team, coach Rankin says. The first meet is Monday, Nov. 26, at Bellmont.
