structure, improvement or use, and its location, for which same has been issued provided the structure, improvement or use for which it has been issued is diligently prosecuted within ninety (90) days of the date of issuance of such permit and that the exterior or external work of said structure, improvement or use has been completed within a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance of such permit, provided, however, that the Building Commissioner of the Town of Syracuse may extend the period of time in which such exterior or external work is to be completed for an additional six (6) month period of time upon the showing of reasonable and extenuating circumstances whereby said structure, improvement or use cannot be so completed within the aforesaid six (6) month period of time. Semi-rig hits flasher lights William L. Gross, 46, r 2 Leesburg, was operating a semirig which scraped the flasher lights at the railroad crossing at the Penn Central railroad and South Detroit St., in Warsaw Saturday. Gross was reportedly turning into the parking lot when he hit the flasher lights. County police Sgt. Tuesday, Nov. 6, with the breakin reportedly taking place sometime early that morning. Entry was gained by forcing open a northwest side door with a heavy iron tool of some kind. Upon investigation they found that the office had been entered and a fire proof box had been forced open. Mikel reported that nothing was taken and set damage at $525.
