Investigate accidents at Syracuse Syracuse police investigated a two-vehicle collision in the Augsburger Food Palace parking lot at 11:05 a.m. Thursday resulting in $750 in damage and injuries to two persons. Involved was a 1966 Ford truck operated by Chauncy Hibner, 72, 707 S. Huntington street, Syracuse, and a 1969 Ford truck belonging to Syracuse Rubber and driven by Joseph Deßrular, 64, Cromwell. Hibner sustained a right hand injury and a passenger, Mrs. Harold LeCount, 68, 612 South Huntington, Syracuse, complained of a back injury. Two Mishaps Syracuse police investigated two other auto mishaps Sunday afternoon. A 1968 Plymouth operated by Sandra Manges, 32, of South Bend had no damage reported after backing from a private drive on Dolan drive and hitting a parked 1972 Chevrolet belonging to Steven W. Coburn of 430 Dolan drive, Syracuse. Approximately $75 damage was listed to the Coburn vehicle. Hits Deer Police were called at 5:45 p.m. when a three-year-old female deer ran onto Indiana 13 about one and three-fourths miles south of Syracuse and was hit by a 1971 Chevrolet driven by Lorin M. Evans, 67, r 3 Syracuse. Damage to the auto was set at $75. The deer was killed. Multimedia courses set v at Warsaw Mrs. Howard Funnell, first aid chairman for the Kosciusko county chapter of the American National Red Cross, announced today two multimedia courses to be conducted at the Cardinal Learning Center on November 10 and 17. Both classes will be conducted from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Coffee and rolls will be provided and a Dutch treat luncheon will be held at noon. Ronald Harmon, Red Cross multimedia first aid instructor, has set up the class for Armstrong Products employees and advisers. There is room for 10 additional students in each class. Mrs. Funnell will be assisting with the classes. Persons wishing to enroll should contact the Red Cross office.
