14 YEARS AGO. NOV. 5.1959 The Democrats made a clean sweep in Tuesday’s Milford town election, with 377 residents casting their vote for town offices. Ronald Brown, well known Milford resident, showed up Monday morning with a prize white winter radish, raised in his garden on Henry street. The radish weighs 10% pounds and is 23 inches around, eight inches across. It measures a foot long, not counting roots. Mrs. Stanley Scott was hostess to the American Legion Auxiliary members of the Past Presidents Parley at her home Wednesday evening at a Halloween party. The Lawrence Myers family js building a new ranch style home on the road west of Baumgartner’s Standard Service. It is getting to be time again for the Milford high school band and chorus and the Intermediate band to present its annual Fall
