Ellenwood of r 3 Warsaw, is shown seated in the above photo after she was crowned 1973 Kosciusko County Fair Queen last Saturday night. The coronation activities were held in the women's building because of threatening rains. They concluded the 57th annual fair. Londa won her crown by collecting the most money in the penny per vote contest sponsored annually by the Alpha Beta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority in cooperation with the county fair board. The money collected goes toward speech and hearing aid work in the county. Shown behind Londa are Cindy Nifong, Miss Etna Green, sponsored by the KEGS (Keep Etna Green Shining) who was first runner-up; 1972 queen Lee Ann Willits of Syracuse; and second runner- ' up and Miss Congeniality Cathy Cummins, Miss Warsaw 111. Cindy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max Nifong of r 1 Etna Green, Lee Ann is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Willits of Syracuse and Cathy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Cummins of r 7 Warsaw.
