Milford-Nappanee drivers collide Vehicles driven by Mrs. Donna J. Arnott, 21, Nappanee, and Wade Morrison, 50, Milford, collided early last week cm the Beer road in Milford. Morrison was driving a truck when Mrs. Arnott started to pass him and he attempted to make a left turn in front of her. Damage was set at SSOO to the Arnott car and $75 to the Morrison truck. Morrison was also cited following the accident for not having an operator’s license. Syracuse library budget set at seven cents The levy for 1974 as set by the Syracuse library board is seven cents.
