MISS PIERCETON — Londa Ellenwood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl A. Ellenwood of r 3 Warsaw, is this year’s Miss Pierceton. Londa is 17 years of age. She will be a senior at Whitko high' school in the fall. She weighs 120 pounds and stands five feet, five and one half inches tall. Her eyes are blue and her hair is blonde. Londa’s hobbies are sewing, horseback riding, piano, 4-H and swimming. At Whitko she is active in the GAA, Sunshine Society and Thespians. She is a member of the school’s newspaper staff, a twirler and a member of the band. MISS LEESBURG — Kay Allen has entered the fair queen contest as the representative from Leesburg. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Allen of r 2 Leesburg. At 17 Kay enjoys needle crafts, reading and ballet. She will be a senior at Warsaw high school in the fall. Kay is a very active member of the Leesburg United Methodist church. She is a past president of the UMYF and a member of the Huntington district youth council. This contestant has brown hair and brown eyes. She stands five feet, 3% inches tall and weighs 112 pounds.
