Leesburg driver cited after accident A Leesburg driver was cited with failure to yield the right of way after the car he was driving collided with another auto in Goshen Thursday. Nelson G. Ludwig, 86, 205 W. Vanßuren street, Leesburg, attempted a left turn from Main street onto Westwood road and collided with a car driven by Mary P. Troyer, 43, r 1 Waterford, Pa. She suffered abrasions of the left arm and both knees and Ludwig suffered cuts of the mouth.
