Wawasee Warriors: A team to watch
While the young Wawasee Warrior team is in a season of rebuilding it will definitely be a team to watch during the 1973 sectional tournament. He is one of our leading defensive players and scorers.” ( DAVE HAMILTON - “Dave is the workhorse of the team. He gives us good rebounding and is fast becoming ‘old reliable.’ ” MARK SMITH — “Mark is a fine all around ball player. This sophomore team member often gets the toughest defensive assignment. He gets excellent position on rebounds.” JACK SCHOPF — “Jack is a very fine prospect but is a year

He is a good shooter.” Spear served as junior varsity coach at Wawasee for one year before moving up to the head coaching position last year. He has had a total of 16 years coaching experience.
