Loose gravel causes accident Loose gravel contributed to an. accident Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. involving Ronnie Hostetter, 24, Syracuse. The mishap occurred as Hostetter skidded on loose 1 gravel on county road 300E one mile northwest of Oswego. Damage to a mailbox and the lawn of Robert Bowen at r 2 Leesburg was listed at SSO.
