Two Leesburg Men Plead Guilty Raymond Donald Lewis, 38, r 1 Leesburg, and his sqg, Raymond Edward Lewis, 18, plwded guilty to a charge of theft of property valued at less than SIOO when they appeared for arraignment before judge Allan A. Rasor Friday. The guilty plea was entered after an original charge of theft of property valued at more than SIOO was changed to a lesser charge of theft of property valued at less than SIOO. The request for the lesser charge was asked by the court appointed attorney, Thomas R. Lemon of Warsaw. The affidavit charged Lewis and his son with the theft of a garden tractor from Yeiter and Ganshorn, Inc., SR 15N of Warsaw. The penalty for the lesser theft charge is a maximum fine of SSOO and a possible addition of a prison sentence from one to five years. A pre-sentence investigation was to be conducted on the two men and prosecuting attorney R. Steven Hearn was also told that a sentencing date would be set sometime this month. Youth Arrested Following Two-Car Accident Ronnie 1 Poe, 18, box 253 Leesburg, was arrested following a two-car accident at 9:10 p.m. Sunday on Armstrong Rd. approximately 20 feet east of CR 300E. The other car involved was operated by Charles E. McClung, 30, 815 Lancaster, Bluffton. Both vehicles were east bound on Armstrong Rd. Damage to the Poe car was listed at $450 and at S3OO to a boat and trailer pulled by the McClung car and at S4OO to the McClung car.
