Homecoming in October. The class also held a most successful chicken barbeque in April and just recently completed a very successful Prom Dance Activity. — This year’s senior class was the first class at Wawasee high school that chose to decorate the physical education building for their prom dance. This task proved to be a most rewarding experience for all involved. Two hundred fifty class members, their guests, and school faculty enjoyed the evening to the fullest. The “Delegation” provided the musical entertainment for the evening. On May 20. the senior class will hold their Prom Banquet in the high school commons. The banquet meal will be followed with a humorous program dedicated to the class of 1972. & Other senior activities include Tacky Day which will be held on May 19 at the high school; and Honors Day which will be held on May 26 at Wawasee high school. Much can be said of the 1972 prospective’ graduates. However, the one thing that best describes this group is their class motto, “Each Dawn Is A New Beginning.’’ For the class of 1972 and for Wawasee high school, each new dawn has been a new beginning. The enthusiasm and many interests of the class of 1972 will not soon be forgotten.
