South Shore Ladies Have Opening Play A total of 22 ladies participated in Most play Tuesday morning as opening season of play for the South Shore Ladies Golfing association. Winners in the 18-hole division were: Thelma Hattersley and Jean Gotshall, tie; and Julia Reed and Joan Baker, tie, second place. Bertha Lehman took first place honors in the 9-hole division with Ginny Lamley, Brenda Kuhn and Pearl Herrmann in a three-way win for second; and Eddie Neuhauser and Thelma Cocharan, tie for third place. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Schell of Milford have returned to their home from a winter’s stay in Saint Petersburg, Fla. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Ward have returned to their Syracuse home following a winter stay in Florida.
