She plans to study and become a fashion designer after graduation , —NW— Belief In Mankind Is Revived The wife of a businessman in North Webster had her belief in mankind revived last week. The lady was shopping for groceries in a neighboring town and after being cheeked out she looked in her purse for the money and found she had left it at home The store would not accept a check unless it was personal Therefore she told the check-out girl she was from North Webster, and she would have to go home and back again to get her groceries Thinking of that trip really disturbed her But. a lady waiting to be checked out heard her say she was from North Webster and offered to pay for the groceries as she was from North Webster too. It just seemed too good to be true but the second lady wrote the check. .After arriving back in North Webster the kind lady was repaid for her trouble Now wouldn't something like that revive your belief in mankind 100** —NW— Webster's Social Calendar Given Monday Chain 'O Lakes 4-H club with Sara Rhodes serving as leader Charm N Chatter club meeting Women's Auxiliary of North Webster Firemen meet American Legion Post 253 meeting Tuesday Lady Lions meeting Anna Bower WCTU meeting American Legion Auxiliary meeting Wednesday Moms Chapel WSCS Sechnst 65 meeting
