Drug Education Program Tomorrow At Wawasee
The public is invited to a drug education program to be held at Wawasee high school tomorrow (Thursday. Mar 11). Tony Mas. presently affiliated with the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, will present an informative program about the drug eulture. North Webster Students To Compete In Regional Fair

Science Fair Set For This Week End The Wawasee high school science fair will be held March 12 and 13 in the commons of the high school. Judging will be on Friday evening. March 12, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. All contestants are to be present to be interviewed by the judges. The public is invited to view the fair Saturday, March 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The awards presentation will be in the auditorium at 2 p.m. PARENTS MEET THURSDAY P.M. Henry L. 'Meet Me In Saint Louis’ Is Spring Production At WHS
The cast for the spring performance of “Meet Me In Saint Louis’’ has been chosen. The three-act light comedy recreates the excitement and anticipation that erupts in the Smith family as they await the opening of the world’s fair in Saint Louis. Wawasee Prep's Junior Class Play, 'The Hobbit’ To Be Presented Sunday
The Junior class at Wawasee Preparatory will present its class play at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, March 14. The play “The Hobbit” is a fantasy about a Hobbit who is a middle class, lazy little creature but comes from good stock. He is tricked into going on an adventure with some dwarves to slay a dragon. The lead roles are played by Don Sabina from Marion who plays Bilbo Baggins, the Hobbit;
Susi Justus with Bernie Mishler playing their 19-year-old son, Lon. Jr. Other parts are played by Peg Doty, Cindy Hyndman, Donna Kreis, Kurt Kruger, Teresa Wiseman, Jan Swartz, Shelley Kaiser, Mike Harris, Sandy Chapkowski, Dave Baumgartner and Kirk Prickett.
Mark Sisko from Patterson, N. J., who plays Gandalf, the W’izard; and Rick Mertz from Defiance, Ohio, who plays the character of Thor in, the dwarf leader. The play will be held in the school auditorium and will be open to the public with no admission being charged. ’ "The Fantastics.” the annual school musical, is being cast now and will be presented on April 4.
