Syracuse, was among senior cadets who recently Completed the U.S. Air Force Academy flight training program. Cadet Kramer, who volunteered for the program and met stringent physical requirements for acceptance, trained in T-41C aircraft, a 210horsepower version of the Cessna 172. Conducted as a pilot indoctrination program by the Air Training Command and academy personnel, the training included dual and solo flight instruction. The cadets were also provided with classroom study in weather, navigation, flight planning, radio procedures and Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) regulations. Cadet Kramer received his FAA private pilot’s license at the end of the course. He is scheduled to receive his second lieutenant commission and a B.S. degree upon graduation from the academy next June. Hie cadet is a 1967 graduate of Syracuse high school where he was a member of the National Honor Society. & JIM MOORE HEADS CLASS Jim Moore was elected president of the Future Builders Sunday school class of the Milford Christian church during a meeting held last Thursday evening in the home of out-going president D. G. Seely and Ws Seely.
