Higgins plan to leave for Florida this week end where the former will assume a position at the PGA golf course at Palm Beach. Pfc. Llyle F. Kell of Wood Dale, 111., formerly of Kimmell, and nephew of Lyle Kell and Mrs. Walter Coleman of Syracuse, was killed in action on December 2 in Viet Nam.
