Cookies UNBAKED COOKJES 2 cups sugar 4 cup milk 4 pound oleo 4 cup cocoa 4 cup coconut 4 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla 4 cup nuts 3 cups dry quick oatmeal Place sugar, milk, oleo and cocoa in a pan and beat Boil one minute Remove from heat and add remainder of ingredients Blend and drop on waxed paper to harden .Mrs Owen FryLake Township r 2 Silver (. PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS 4 cup oleo 4 cup sugar 4 cup brown sugar 1 egg peanut butter 4 tsp. soda 4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup flour 1 cup quick oats 1 six ounce package chocolate bits 4 cup powdered sugar 2 to 4 T milk Cream oleo, add white and brown sugar, blend in egg, one ; third cup peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Stir in flair and oats. Spread in 13x9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sorinkle with- 7 chocolate bits evenly over hot baked mixture. Combine powdered sugar, 4 cup peanut butter and milk. Mix well Dribble over top of cookies while still warm and spread. Cut into bars. Mrs. Louis H. FROZEN COCONUT MACAROONS (Serves 15) 3 envelopes Dream Whip 14 tsp. vanilla 14 cups milk sugar to taste Whip as directed on box of Dream W’hip. Add 1 cup English walnuts and one 8 ounce package Nabisco coconut macaroons. Crumble fine. Fold cookies and nuts into Dream Whip. Put half into bottom of 9x15 or Bxl2 pan. Use three parts of sherbert —one lime, one orange and one raspberry. Place on mixture alternating colors. Add remaining cookie mixture and freeze over night. Slice and serve.
