Meat CHICKEN CASSEROLE 4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms or one 4 ounce can 1 T butter 3 cups cut up cooked chicken 3 cups soft bread crumbs 1 cup milk 1 cup chicken broth 4 cup chopped pimento 2 eggs, beaten 2 T minced onion Seasonings — salt, pepper, celery salt and paprika Oven at 350 degrees. Bake 14 hours Saute mushrooms car| be served with gravy. BAVARIAN WIENER SUPPER 1 pound frankfurters 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 4 cup mayonnaise 4 tsp. paprika 1 can sauerkraut drained 4 cups diced cooked potatoes 4 cup buttered soft bread crumbs Halve 4 franks and reserve. Slice remaining franks 4 inch thick. Mix soup and mayonnaise. Combine sliced franks with half of soup mixture, the caraway seed and kraut; spread in an 114x74x14 inch baking dish. Stir remaining soup mixture into potatoes and arrange around the edge of dish. Combine buttered crumbs and paprika; sprinkle over potatoes. Arrange franks in design. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Brown meat in fat Cover and cook in oven 14 hours at 350 degrees. Make gravy from drippings. CONTINENTAL STEAK ROLLS WITH ONION SAUCE 4 four ounce minute steaks seasoned flour 2 T shortening 3 T finely chopped mushrooms 4 cup finely chopped green pepper 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls Dredge minute steaks in flour. Brown in shortening in skillet. Drain on paper toweling. Saute mushrooms and green peppers. Place 2 T mushroom-green pepper mixture at one end of each minute steak and fold other end over, covering the filling. Unroll crescent rolls, leaving 2 triangles joined Press perforation to seal, forming a rectangle. Place meat in center of dough. Fold up sides and ends, sealing well at edges.
