Meat HAM LOAF 2 pounds ham 1 pound pork *4 cup milt 1 cup dry bread crumbs 2 eggs Ham and pork should be ground together. Mix as you would a meat loaf and shape into loaf. Put in pan. Mix the following: 14 cup brown sugar 4 tsp.-dry mustard 6 T. vinegar Bake loaf in uncovered pan in 300 degree oven for two hours. Baste often with mix. Helen Raven Efficient Homemakers North Webster

CHICKEN DINNER 5 one pound chicken breasts (or 1 per person) 2 cups medium white sauce (or one cup undiluted celery soup or 1 cup each) 4 tsp. nutmeg 4 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce 3 T cherry wine 4 cup whipped cream Fold into white sauce 2 packages frozen broccoli. Cooked according to directions 1 cup Parmesian cheese or use any grated sharp cheese. Cook chicken until tender. Place in casserole a layer of broccoli, chicken and half of sauce and half of cheese. Repeat. Top with bread crumbs. Bake until brown or bubbles up. Medium oven. Serves 8. BARBECUE BEEF OR PORK 2 pounds pork or beef cooked and shredded 1 medium onion, diced 1 to 2 pints strained tomatoes 4 cup vinegar 1 T. sugar one third bottle Worchestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste Mix and cook slowly for 3 hours. 4 cup brown sugar plus 1 T 8 pineapple slices Mix ham, oats, 4 cup juice, egg and 1 T brown sugar. Form eight balls. Lay ball on pineapple slice and bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste balls with sauce made from remaining juice and brown sugar. Mary Nine Efficient Homemakers HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 1 pound ground beef 3 slices bacon diced 4 cup chopped onion *4 tsp. salt v 4 tsp. paprika 1 104 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup dairy sour cream hot poppy seed noodles In skillet brown beef with bacon. Add onion. Cook until tender but not brown. Drain off excess fat. Add seasoning to meat mixture, stir in soup. Cook slowly uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir often. Stir in sour cream.
