Benjmin store that was located in Milford some years back. Has anyone ever heard of such a store? Glen Stookey of Waubee lake brought us a “little brown “jug” that is the property of his wife, Edith. Printed on the jug are the words “Compliments of R. S. Benjamin, dealer in groceries and queensware. Milford, Ind.” It was given to Mrs. Stookey by the late Marjorie Brown of Our Town. We would appreciate a call or letter if anyone has any information about the store or R. S. Benjamin. • ♦ ♦ Friend husband and I were off to a Lions cabinet meeting on Sunday. Said meeting was held in Silver Lake with Alex Miller, out-going district governor serving as host for the day. Entertainment was furnished by the Sing Out Warsaw group.
