NORTH WEBSTER COMMUNITY NEWS Mrs. Edith Haag was admitted to the Whitley County hospital in Columbia City Friday forenoon after sustaining a painful leg bruise in a car-truck accident early Friday morning. She was released from the hospital Saturday morning. Xrays show no broken bones. Mrs. Julie Kuhn underwent surgery Monday at the Whitley County hospital in Columbia City. Her room number is 207. . Mr. and Mrs. Joe Barrett drove into Michigan Monday evening to hunt mushrooms all day Tuesday. Mrs. Orva Miller Sustained a painful foot injury Tuesday when a filled quart jar dropped off a shelf onto her toe. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Hiner are at home after spending the winter months at their Florida home. Mrs. Sam (Lois) Lundy left Monday from Fort Wayne Baer Field to fly to Hanford, Calif., to be with daughter Jenilee and new grandson Brett Alan. Mrs. Lundy will remain in California for eight days. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Barrett and family spent the week end in Boswell. Mr. Barrett’s high school graduating class was celebrating its 25th anniversary. Mr. Barrett was to be a guest speaker.
