The firm converts sheet aluminum into fishing boats and canoes of various sizes. Among these are 14-foot heavy duty fishing boats for rough lake water, 12-foot fishing boats, 14foot lightweight cartop fishing boats, and 15. 16 and 17-foot canoes. Also manufactured are 8. 10. 12 and 14-foot John boats. , The epitome of quality is achieved at Sea Nymph through specialization and a high degree of automation allowing the firm maximum time for testing and quality control, states president Bieber. Sales efforts and increased production will be oriented to continue to increase dealer sales. Facilities were expanded in 1966 to handle the increased volume. 100.000 Square Feet The plant is located at the south edge of Syracuse on a nine-acre tract of land, incorporating more than 100,000 square feet of space, including the main factory paint shop and four warehouses. The local firm employees over 80 men and women who reside in the Lakeland area. Mr. Bieber points out, that while the sale erf their product is seasonal, the company has leveled its plane of manufacturing in order to provide year around employment for the men and women who work there.
