14 YEARS AGO, JULY 14, 1969 Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Bailey chose Lynnea Kaye as the name of their first child, a daughter, born Monday, July 11, at the Goshen hospital, and weighing eight pounds, six ounces. Mrs. Bailey is the former Donna Morris, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold L. Morris!. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Bailey are the paternal grandparents. A daughter, Rebecca Belle, weighing seven pounds, 12 ounces, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Zimmerman, Monday, July 11, at the Goshen hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Zimmerman, Milford, and Mr. and Mrs. 0. A. Peffley, Elkhart, are the grandparents. , Mr. and Mrs. Billy Little, Chicago, are the parents of a daughter, Judith Ann, born Thursday, July 7, and weighing seven pounds/ eight ounces. Mrs. Little was formerly Edith Medhart of Darmstadt, Germany. Mr. arid Mrs. E. E. Little are the paternal grandparents. Judith Ann has a sister, Victoria Ann. Elaine Sue is the name of the daughter born to Mr. and Mrs. Orval Kilmer, July 7, at the McDonald hospital. Her weight at birth was seven pounds, nine ounces. Mrs. Kilmer is the former Clarice Wildman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Wildman. C. S. Myers Ford Sales and Service is cooperating with the Alpha Beta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority of Warsaw and the Kosciusko County Fair Board, in the sponsoring of Patricia Slabaugh for the Kosciusko County Fair Queen. 20 YEARS AGO, JULY 11, 1949 Philip Campbell, Larry Warstler, Paul Disher, Duane Wiggs, and Virgil Wuthrich are spending this week at Pioneer Trails Boy Scout Camp at Cromwell. Since there was no Scoutmaster to accompany them they are in the Provisional. Camp where a leader is assigned to them. Herbert Felkner attended a meeting of the second district American Legion at Logansport cn Sunday. Harry Lewallen and Gilbert Bates were elected delegates to the National convention to be held at Philadelphia in August. In the baton twirling contest held at Syracuse on July 6, Lowell Beer was one of the 172 contestants. Lowell, who is nine years old and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Beer, placed second in the juvenile boys’ division. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Felkner and daughter, Alice, of Long Beach, Calif., arrived in Milford Thursday to visit relatives. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Felkner left for the Mayo Clinic, at Rochester, Minn., where the former will be treated for an arm injury received at the Douglas

The dogs recently made their second visit at the Crewes farm. Farmers have their flocks closely hoping that the dogs may be, ■killed'. Sheep killed by dogs are paict for out of the township funds.
