Library To Increase NonResident Fees By ROSALYN JONES Librarain In all fairness to the taxpayers of Syracuse and Turkey Creek township, the Syracuse public library is raising the non resident borrower’s fee from $2 to $3 per year. This amount will be more equal to what an average taxpayer in this township now pays to support the library. Any questions -or comments on this increase will be welcomed by the librarian. Many people don't realize that the library has several good reference bocks in the following areas and many others besides having good fiction bocks. Did yen know that we have many of your favorite magazines available for borrowing? Some of the mere popular ones are: House Beautiful, Good Housekeeping. Vogue, Consumer’s Research, Bulletin, Time, Newsweek, Life and many others. Did ycu know we have an expanding collection of interior decorating bocks, or that we have several helpful books cn business etiquette? A visit to your public library could be the most interesting day you have had. Tire law of the land is one thing and the judicial interpretation of it is another.
