day night and the kids really seemed to enjoy the music. There was also a real nice turnout for the “Up With People” group on Friday night. We must say those who did not attend the dance last Saturday night missed a really tremendous group called the “Black and
Blues”. This is really an up and coming group and will really make it big very soon. Although there have been repeated requests to have them back again, we feel there is little hope. So you really missed something big. We did have about 130 lucky people. Ballots will be out Wednesday for the voting of the Youth Center’s Queen candidate for the Father’s Day Flotilla. Please come and vote for the girl of your choice. We would also like to inform you of the new summer hours which will become effective May 31.
