Mrs. Baumgartner thinks the park at Waubee lake is a great asset to this town that is not wholly realized by the citizens of this community. She also states the junk cars are an eye sore anywhere. On the sewage treatment she reports the state health department demands certain sanitary eoußtions for a community. As to a sewage treatment plant vs a waste stabilization pond it would depend which fits best in the town budget. Mrs. Baumgartner thinks what the town needs is progress, not stumbling blocks. She is a member of the Methodist church. Order of Eastern Star, American Legion Auxiliary and Columbian Reading Circle. Mm. Her ideas on the park at Waubee lake arc to improve it. so it will be an improvement to the community as well as a place of entertainment for anyone who wants to come to Waubee lake. She feels that the w’aste stabilization pond wo<4d be satisfactory and a lot less expensive to the communitv than the sewage treatment plant. j She is not in favor of a judge for Milford, which, she claims, would j involve a lot more expense.
