Summer Activities For Cub Scout Pack 47
Summer activities of Cub Scout, pack no. 47 at Milford were an-' nounced at the pack meeting held : Monday evening, May 23, in the elementary’ building. There were 87 , cubs and parents in attendance. Deni 2 won the attendance trophy. Activities A potluck picnic is planned for the , June 27 pack meeting night. This is i to be held at Milford lake. Everyone - is asked to bring hot dogs or ham- j burgers and one extra dish; also table service for their own family. Drinks will be furnished by the cub master. i Plans for the July outing at Pioneer Trails Boy Scout camp will be i announced at the picnic. The com- ( mittee in charge of this outing is Mr. and Mrs. Glen Treesh, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Neff, Mr. and Mrs.; Robert Brown and Mr. and Mrs.' Richard Felkner. Committee chairman Mrs. Robert Spearman announced plans to take the Milford cubs to Bunker Hill Air Force Base on August 13. All boys were asked to sign up if they plan on going. Any cub not present at the May 23 meeting should have his parents call Mrs. Spearman, so the number of those going can be determined as soon as possible.
