i Bank - ’Continued from page 1> the 30 by-pass, east of Fort Wayne. The building itself is round, completely surrounded by glass. It has 24 white columns supporting a wide overhanging roof. The building is made of poured concrete and steel. Quartzite imported from southern I Ohio surrounds the columns around the building. A real conversation piece is the art form of welded steel which is in front of the building. It was designed by Jack Cartdedge of Sarasota, Florida. He was given the design of the bank and told to make something appropriate to use with the building. Bank officials say i they bought "a pig in .the poke.” so to speak.
