Tea For Mrs. McCleary . Mrs. Herbert (Ruth) McCleary of Warsaw was honored at a tea on •Wednesday at the Shrine building at the fairgrounds. The dccasion marked her-retirement as extension agent-home economics of Kosciusko county. She came to the county in 1955 as a 4-H agent and then in 1956 became’a Ml time home agent She has worked in.the-county-with tl»e young and older homemakers and has been the driving force behind tiie 74 clubs with a membership of 1.500 women who are member> of the county home demonstration association. She has more cluhs per agent under het supervision than any other agent in the state. j She has worked with the BetterFarm Beter-Laving program, helping the homemakers in those families to learn more economical ways of doing their as helpmates on their farms.
