JOINS CHEVY’ STAFF -- James Hughes, above, a Syracuse native, has joined the sales staff of McCor-mick-Cutter, Inc., Lakeland Chevrolet dealers in Syracuse. Hughes teaches shop in the Goshen schools and was coach at Syracuse for four years. He will work with McCormick-Cutter during the summer months and on a part time basis in the winter months.

CHRISTIAN CHURCH LADIES IN JUNE MEETING The Ladies Aid of the Milford Christian church met at the church at 7:30 last Thursday evening for the June meeting. Mrs. ,C. J. Myers, president, opened the meeting with thoughts' on Independanee Day. This was ‘bllowed with a song by Mrs. Tom Me I ■ ' Mrs. Robert Auer gave the secj retary’s report and Mrs. Man in i Rapp gave the treasurer’s ' report. Mrs. Norma Hamilton gave the ' m ssionary report. | During the business meeting presided over by Mrs. Myers the ladies I decided' to have a trawling basket as a moneymaking project'. Roll

call was “How I met my husband and when we got married.” Tiie next meeting was changed to July 29 and will be a missionary program with ladies of area Christian churches k'uig invited. Beautiful Hands The program for the evening was Beautiful Hands and was given in the form of a skit by Mrs. Ralph Neff, Mrs. Hayes Downs. Mrs. Roger Graff i nd Sydia Shearer. Mrs. Myers closed the meeting with a poem', ‘’The Touch of the Master's Hand." Mrs.. McClintic sang “His Hands” and prayer was ■ given.
