Bids were opened by Robert Reed, town attorney. Lossie E. Rinker, 62. who along with his sons operated the Rinker Boat' Co., of Syracuse died Wednesday. Marnrh 4, at. his home. Lawrence Schultz of North Manchester was a visitor in Syracuse Friday, Feb. 28. He was in Syracuse to promote his latest book,. “Indian Lore".
