The Stiefel Feed Company, Inc., has been consolidated into a new company and will be known as Syracuse Dehydrated Products. Judge Gene B. Lee, acting upon a petition filed by the Syracuse plan commission, has re-appointed Karl McGarvey, Lake Wawasee, as a citizen member of the commission. McGarvey is a Republican. Terry Rookstool son of Mr. and Mrs. Ishmael Rookstool of Syracuse was bitten by a stray cat near his home Tuesday. The police reported that the cat is being kept under observation. - Mr. and Mrs. W.
