RAY FERVERDA WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP HAS CHRISTMAS PARTY Ota Wednesday evening the Woman’s Fellowship held its Christmas party in the church. “Joy to the World’’ was the beautiful carol used for group singing led by Mrs. John Muilinix. Mrs Gloria Roe of Winona Lake, recording artist, was guest entertainer of vocal and instrument;!! numbers and speaking with many quotations of scripture during the evening’s program. Mrs. Daryl Johnson offered the closing prayer. The man and children were invited to attend the program. Refreshments of assorted cookies, candy, nuts, punch and coffee were served by the, committee of arrangements. They were Mrs. MulIjnix, Mrs. John Moneyheffer, Mrs. Max Miller. Mrs. Glenn Deeter and Mrs Dale Morehouse, and the Syracuse high school chorus. —NS—CIRKCH SERVICES Special music at New Salem On Sunday fongwon was presented by the three young daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Tom, Jr., Melinda, Melissa and Mdodie. Kosciusko County, Indiana NOTICE OF FILING OF A PETITION FOR LOCATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF A PUBLIC HIGHWAY Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day or December. 1964, Devon Zolman et al filed tn the ■ office of the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, their duly verified petition for the location and improvement of a public highway, being a 50-f, road in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County. Indiana connection the present- Pierceton Road to the Wooster Road, and being in all about A mile long. The description of the center line of the proposed road shall be as follows: Beginning at that point where the N & 8 Center line of Section 25, Township 32 North. Range 6 East, intersects the north line of the Pierceton Road ana continuing North on Said iine about M of a mile to the North quarter post of said section. , .. Thence continuing North on the Nortn and South center line of Section 24. said Township and Range, to the center of said S-ction 24 Thence continuing North along the N . & S center line of Section 24 until the same shall intersect the South line of the Wooster Road, where the road shall end. The road will cross no railroads and will cross no streams or ppen ditch. This petition was signed by the owners of all the real estate abutting on either side of the proposed road. They ask that the said highway be made and becojne a part of the Kosciusko County Highway System. Said petition will be presented to th? Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County.
