Mr. Parmenter is a graduate of Lincoln Christian college. He has held several successful ministries in Illinois. S/Sgt Disher In Armored Cavalry Regiment BAD HERSFELD, Germany (AHTNC)—Army Staff Sergeant Ralph R. Dishes, Jr., son of Mrs. Irene E. Disher, Milford, is serving with the 14th Armored Cavalry Regiment’s 3d Reconnaissance Squadron near Bad Hersfeld, Germany. o i The squadron’s mission is to guard the northern sector of the sensitive East-West German border. The border is kept under constant surveillance through the use of jeep-mounted patrols and observation and listening posts. Sergeant Disher is a tank commander in Troop M of the unit. Mr. Mullet is a junior at Purdue university, majoring in electrical engineering under the Navy NESEP program. Miss Stump, a graduate of Syracuse high school, is a junior at Goshen college. A June wedding is being planned.

Army in September 1935, has been overseas since May 1959. Disher, a 1935 graduate of Syracuse high school, graduated from Alan Hancock junior college, Santa Maria, Calif., in 1958. Miss Blanche Sensibaugh of Gilford entertained Tuesday evening at a dinner in honor of the birthdays of Mrs. Ollie McDonald of Nappanee and Mrs. Esther Peffley of Goshen, which occurred on that day, and Mrs. Hermen Miller’s which was Oct. 23.
