Board of School Trustees of the Lakeland Community School Corporation, Kosciusko ■County, Indiana, by resolution duly adopted and pursuant to notice therefore given and under and by virtue of Chapter 57 of th,e acts of the 84th General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved February 27, 1945, as amended, duly adopted a plan whereby a Cumulative Building Fund be provided for the erection, construction, purchase and remodeling of school buildings for class room purposes, purchase of real estate and equipment for new buildings for class room purposes and the payment of rentals j for renting or leasing of real estate for school buildings for class room purposes, and to provide means of ingress or egress, and the levying of an additional tax in said school unit, and that such a fund be provided for by a tax levy of 73 cents on each SIOO.OO of assessed valuation on all property in that taxing district taxable for such purposes, such tax to be assessed beginning with the levy for 1962 payable in 1963 and) annually thereafter for a total period of 5 years as provided by said Act. Final approval of the aforementloned resolution by the State Board of Tax Commissioners will invalidate any previous tax rate which has heretofore been approved for this purpose. That pursuant to said Act, any ten or more taxpayers in the taxing district or Lakeland Community School Corporation, Kosciusko County. Indiana, other than those who pay poll tax only, may file a petition with the County Auditor of Kos ciusko County, Indiana, not later than ten (10) days after this publication, setting fburth. their objections to such proposed levy. Upon filing of such petition said Auditor immediately will certify same to the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
