God in Everyone,” in a discussion. Roll call was answered by giving my favorite hobby. The program was the United Church Women’s May Fellowship Day. The theme used by Mrs. Ray Ferverda being “One Family Under God,” and “Who Is My Family?”, written by Donald S. Frey, attorney and chairman of the American Bar Association Committee on Rights of the Individual. The scripture background for the arjticle was Acts 17:26-28. Some outstanding statements were: the
greatest single restriction of opportunity in our country today lies in the practice of racial residential segregation that produces ghettos and slums; the housing practices make a mockery of our profession of Christian love and of democracy, and defeats the American dream that all persons shall have “liberty underlaw." Others spending the day working at the church were Mesdames Guy Morehouse, Ellis Wildman, Amanda Stackhouse and Dale Morehouse.
