Success the Test of Merit as Evidenced by the Achievments of Dr. Barkerf

Of all the standards for testing merit none is more reliable than success. Success in business of any nature implies merit, the greater the success the more extraordin iry the merit. The testimony of merit from the sacoees of Dr. Barker now at the Terre Haute House, is so overwhelming in his favor, that his reputation is fully established in this locality. It is doubtful if there is one who through ignorance or prejudice will cry, "He is an advertisingquack" or question his ability. Certainlyno one oan watoh the progress and cure of his patients without being enamored of his skill and rare scientific attainments. From his long an almost unlimited practice in every class |and condition of desperate affictions an his studious habits, gleaming every cintilla of eight which has been offered by others in his profession he has decided a new improved an for the most part pain less system of treatment deculiarly his own, which is as fsr ahead of the old method as the electric light is ahead of the tallow oandle, The suooess of which is amply attested by the long list of afflicted whom he has treated sinoa coming to Terre Haute. It is worthy of specil mention that not only is his treatment new but muoh cheaper than by the old methods which require months and sometimes years until the
