Terms and Conditions of Sale

All Bales shall be for cash, paid by the purchaser to the County Treasurer at the time cf purchase. When leas than the whole of any tract of land shall be sold the .nantitv shall be in a square form as near as practicable, at the most northwester, iv corner of tbe traot, and when less than the whole of any in-lot or ouMot in anjr «itr or town shall be sold, the part sold shall extend from the main or pricoipal •treet road or alley forming the most convenient part to snch lot, to the rear of flftnh lot so as to bound the same by lines as nearly parallel with the out-lines of anoh lot as praotioable. When more than one tract or lot belonging to the same npraon shall be for sale at the same time in the same municipal corporation or town •hin a Dart of one of said tracts or lots shall bo offered first for the payment of the whole sum due from such owner, on all such delinquents lands or lots, or otherwise• and if no person shali bid off a part of such traot or lot for tbe sum required, thft said traot or lot shall then be offered to the highest bidder for oash, and if aaj amount shall remain due, or if no perlbn bid for a part or all of one tract or lot, Pftfh of the other tracts cr lots shall be offered, in like manner until the required a.ini is realized and if n« one bids »pon a part or all of said tract or low separateiv Pnouch to pay tbe amount due, then the whole ot said tracts or lots shall be offered together and sold to pay the. taxes, penalty, interest and coats therein. ,=
