The Boari of Commissioners of Vigo county hereby give notice that sealed proposals for the bailding and construction of a court house for the county of Vigo, on the public square in the city of Terre Haute, Vigo County, Indiana, will be reoeived at the office of the auditor oi Vigo county in the city of Terre Haute, up to and until the hour of 12 M. of the 20th day ol November 1883 which said proposals will be opened and considered and acted upon by the said Board from said day and hour as 'speedily as practicable. Wm. H. Wilson, the Justice of the Peace for Otter Creek township, has been sued in Justice Murphy's court on hi official bond by Mark A. Creal, who alleges that he appropriated to bis own use certain judgments that were paid to iViison in favor of him (Creal). Judgment is demanded for $50. Wilson's bondsmen are Michael Qaintan and Wm. Stewart. Wilson is chiefly known here as the justice to whom the Volger case was at one time sent ou a change of venue.
