While the watchman was gone to breakfast yesterday morning they turned on the heat and ran the temperature up to 180 degrees. Some of the young chicks were cooked and it may be that none ol ihem will hatch,

The exhibition ia now in full blast and has bad good patronage this morning. A. D. SalMch sold his old partridge cochin cock, Richard Third, to Pierce Bio's, at Grand llapids, Michigan, for $25.00. Balsick 1ms also bought some specimens of Hodge.

Serious Accident.

Special to the Inaianapolis Sentinel: GUEENSBURG, Itid., Jan. 17.—Agnes Wallace Villa of the Villa theatrical troupe, announced to play this evening in this city, was run over on our streets to day by a loose horse, knocked down and struck by one of his feet in the abdomen, and for a time was thought to have been fatal'yhurt, but at the present hour her physician, Dr. Maguire, reports reaction fully restored and not likely to go beyond control. No bones are broken., and no apparent very serious injury, and that a few days will insure her recoveiy.

The west half of the northeast quarter of Section number seven [7]. Township number fifteen [15), north ot Range number eight [81 IWest, excepting therefrom 28 1-2 acres off the -side, described in deed from Rlehard Hobbs, dated May 4,1833.

Also, all of the northwest quarter of same Section, Town, and Range last aforesaid, including the Mill. Mill Site, Town Plat and three Frame Houses, excepting therefrom the following parcels, to-wit:
