DELAWARE.

Tne Republicans ran 110 candidate for cither of the above offices, the only opposition bei' jg the Greenbackers. The Republicans ran a county ticket in Xewcabtle county, but withouc success. It was expected that the Greenbackers would develop some strength in Sussex county, but returns received so far indi oate that they offered no material oppo sition. In Kent county the Democratic ticket was unopposed. *.

7 FLORIDA. £avHihah, Nov. 5 —Specials froi Florida ituicate the election of Hull a^ Davidson. Democrats, to congress.

Jacksonville, Nov. 6 —.Jubal count) the largest in the district, gives a large majority for Bisbee, Republican, for Congress, but it is believed that Hall, Democrat, will be elec.ed in Madison county. At Sanddoun when the polls should have been closed foui- hundred people had not voted and voting was still going on at last, accounts. This will complicate matters by an appeal to the courts. From other districts only few rjturns, bill there is no doubt of the election of Davidson, Democrat.

San Francisco. Nov. 6.—Returns from the Nevada election are meagre. The tickets are much scratched, aha it IS difficult to form an opinion as to the result but it seems probable the Republican have elected their state ticket, white the Democrats are likely to have a majority in th: legislature, which will re-elect Senator Jones. The congressman is in donbt,

TEXAS.
