Runaway.
A eotemporary learns thnt lar.t uigbt the horse ofE. Burns, which was hitched at thedoorofthe gentleman's store, broke away, frightened by the throwing down of an awning in front, on the sidewalk, and attempted to run. Mr. Burns caught one wheel and a line and pulled the animal toward him. He was thrown down and one of the wheels passed over his left leg. He was also struck in the side by a wheel. He was very badly injured, and when carried home complained of his back and left knee joint very much. The wagon was broken in one or two places.
