An Interview With a Man Who has Ileen There—How It I'cforms its Work, and Other Useful Information,

[From the Cincinnati Enquirer A day or two since Mr. Anson ®r"w7 ninz, a man engaged in the West Ji.nd planing mill, had a controversy with a buzz saw, with tho usual result. The saw is still on duty, but Mr. Browning is resting. Perhaps there never liao been a useful mechanical invention that has had more misunderstandings with its employers than the buzz saw. It is a quiet, unpretending piece oi machinery, made out of cold steel, warmed over, and cut in a circular form, with a vory ragged edge on the °"'®r tho rempvalonutie angular bits of steel distances, which leaves 1"™® tions like teeth. The bnf® saw is riBced on en an axle, and when it moves Ui its proper ephere it generally re

SUFFERING-.
The Most Wonderful Medical Discovery Known to Man While there is Life there is Hope. Don't Give Up the Ship. Head the
Following Letter irom Dr. Frazier.
Believing that cleansing the Mood war. he only true way of banishing disease and being troubled with a Scrofulous di sease, known as Salt Rheum, and "Weak ness of the Lungs, and finding no cure, 1 commenced to experiment by compound ing roots, using the medifina thus obtoin ed. I fortunately discovered a most won deriul Blood Searcher, or Bitters, which not only gave me instantaneous relief, bu after a, few weeks' time, effected a perfeot cure, I then prepared a quantity of Koot Bitters, and was in the habit of giving them away to the sick. I found the meat cine possessed tho most wonderful virtues, effecting cures of all diseases, originating from bad blood or weakness of the system, as if by magic. At last the demand became sogreatthatl iound myself called upon to supply patients with medicin in all paits of the continent, and I was compelled to establish a Labratory for compounding and bottling the Root Hitters in large quauti ties. 1 was at first backward in presenting, ither myself or remedy to the public, not being a patent mediolne man, and with limited capital, bHt I am getting bravely over that. Since first advertised this wonderfnl medicine I have been crowde with orders from drugista and count} eaiers, and the scores of letters I receiv from persons cured, prove the fact that remedy has over'done so much good a had such a success as the Root Bitters.
Root Bitters are strictly a Medicinal Frep aration, su«li as waa used in the good old days of our forefathers, when people were cuied by some simple root or plant, and wnen calomel and other poisons of the mineral kingdom were unknown. For consumption, Asthma, Catarrh,Scrofula, Scrof. ulous Eruptions, Rheumatism, Heart Disease, Dizziness. Ltvei ^omplaint. Kidney anil Urinary Diseases, V, ?er and Asue/Dlapepsia, Lost Vitality, w.id Broken Down Constitutions, these Root Bitters are Universally admitted to be the inosc wonderful discovery in the world. Their searching, healing properties penetrate every portion of the human frame, soothing the luogsand strengthing the stomach, kidne-, and liver. For weakly, nervous young men sullering from loss of memory otc.. caused from abuses in early life, and to delicate females, these Root Bitters are especially recommended. No other niedt clue will cure Scurvy, Salt Rheum, Bojis, Tetter,Ringworm, Whito Swelling, Sore Eyes, Running of the Ears, Ulcers, Fever Bores,Canceions Formations, Dropsy. Ereslpelons, Pimples, Flesh Worms, Pustules, Blotches and all SkiL diseases, so quickly as the Root Bitters. All Root Bitters lay ihe axeat tho Root of tli« tree of disease, by searching and purifying the blood whicu will nourish and Invigorate every oigan and part of the body and keep it in repai until aripeold age.
I warrant my Root Bitters a perfect cure for the ab vo and similar diseases, and in case of lailure. where the medicine has had a fair trial, will thank all to call or write and get back their money. Show this to Xour druggist, or storekeeper, if he dont have a stock of my Root Bitters on hand, ask him to order a supply or enolose me the price by mail and you will receive the medicine by express.

THE SUCCESSFUL PHYSICIAN. From the St. Louis Globe. There is probably no man to whom the community owe so much as to the honest fair-spoken physician, who does his actual duty, both to himself and to his patients. Really skillful physicians are not so numerous that their virtues need no mention, and hence the advertisement of Dr. R. V. Pierce, of Buffalo, may well claim the reader's attention. Dr. Pierce is a type of a class of men who obtain success by careful and well directed effort, not attempting too much, or creating false ideas as to ability. The only reliable physician in these days of complicated disorders and high-pressure living is the "Specialist," the man who understands his one branch of the business. Such in his line is Dr. Pierce. For the benefit of his readers he has written a "Common Sense Medical Adyisor," which is well worth reading by those who need such a work. With strict business honor, high professional skill reasonable fees, and a large corps of competent assistants, Dr. Pierce will doubtlsss make his name familiar as "household words."
