New York,Dec.29.—A Madrid speci al states that Count Punonrostro is in Paris officially arranging for tho return of ex-Queen Isabella to Spain. King Alfonso opposes the ministry on this importont matter. He declares the Ministers may ret-ign but that his mother must have an asylum in Spain, her residence to be in' Valladolid, Madrid, is not considered a safe plaice for her. It is believed this serious issue has been" forced on AU fonso bv Isabella, and that the results will be most disastrous. The Ta na of Newspaper Property. From the Indianapolis Journal. About two years ago, Henry F# ICeenan, otherwise known as the "voting man," sold his stock in the Sentinel to Win. Boaz, who paid part cash and the remainder in notes. The uotes falling due last June were allowed to go to protest. tbe maker claiming that he had beed swindled in the purchase by Keenan's alleged misrepresentations. Suit was accordingly instituted for the collection of the notes through Finch & Finch, Keenan's attorneys, aud the defendant prepared for a vigorous defense, employing H.
Lamme as counsel. The case comes up for trial in the Superior Court this morning, General Brown occupying, the bench by agreement and it is the intention of Mr. Boaz to establish his defense by bringing into court the books of the Sentinel establishment, and showing the actual difr feret.ee between the valne of the concern and ita worth as represented by Keenan others. A lnrge number of Newspaper men will be examinied as to the value ol the Associated Press dispatches and the popular opinion of the Sentinel, and rich developments mav be expected. Tho case .will be called this morning at 9 o'clock

Thousands of human ttejngsarp yearly borne.on the swift ecrrent pi disease down to the grave, Just because they do not possess a sufficient knowledge of themselves. A man.meets his neighbor and the first solution is, "How are you?" or How is your health?" Tho frequent reply is, "Ob, I am well, wuh tho excoption of a bad cold." Most persons lightly regard a cold. Read?r do you kuow that a cold is one of the most dangeious of maladies? A cold not only clogs up the pores of the entire system, and retards circulation but it is productive of Catarrh, which is quite apt to lead to Consumption. "On," you say, "it is nothing but a cold in my head." True, but that cold is really a mild form of Catarrh, and if not arrested in its course, will become chroaic. Catarrh is one of the most disagreeable, offensive affections in the catalogue of diseases. The passage to the nose is obstructed, the sense of smell impaired, and there is a disagreeable sensation of pressure in the head. In the more advanced stages, there is a discharge having an offensive odor. If the disease be allowed to continue in its course, thick, hard incrustations will form in the bead, tbo bones of which sometimes become softened and break away in pieces. Why will persons continue to suffer from such an annojing, disgusting disease, wbeD they can just as well be cured of it? Dr Sage's Catarrh Remedy will cure tho worst forms ol Catarrh in fact, it is the only sure and safe remedy which has yet been offered to the public. Many harsh, irritating preparations may, for a time, relieve the urgency of the symptoms, but they do not cure tho disease. Dr. Sage's Catarrh Remedy is soothing and belling iu its effects, and when used with Dr. Pierce's Nasal Douche, according to directions, does not fail to effect a cure. Sold by all druggists.
