Prof. R. S. Boswoam, late professor of Chemistry, etc in Farmer's College, Ohio, will tnke the chair of Natural Scienct, upon which he will lecture and experiment.

No pains or expense will be spared to procr.re teachers in every department, ot the aery highest tfttalificalions, so that pupils Wishing to perfect themselves in the higher ?t les of music, or any oi Ihe solid or ornamental branches, may here receive the desired instruction. That pupil* from abroad mar derive the greatest advantages to be gained at hoarding Schools, they are required to board tn the institution with the teachers (unless by special permission of the President) that they may have the benefit of their example and society. iTie course of studies will be thorough and extensive, embracing ajl the branches usually taugbl in our higher Seminaries of learning, English, Classical s»d Fine Arts.

The year is divided into two sessions of 1 went weeks each, commencing respectively on Wednesday the 8th of September next, and the 9th day of,February, 18f9.
