Proposals may cntbrace the ol«- county, or be iimited to one or mere of the following districts to -vit: 1. The northern diftrict, includincr all that part ol Vigo county lying enst of the W abash river, and north of a line or.iwn cast and west, through the centre of Congressional Township eleven (11.) 9. The southern clistrict including all thnt pnrt of Vigo county, lying cast of the Wabash river, and south of tin? above line. 3. The western district, including all that part of Vigo county, lying west of the Wabash river.
