Proposals may embrace the whole county, or be iimitcdtoouc or more of the following districts.1 to -rit: 1. The northern district, including alt that part ol Vigo county lying east of the Wabash river, ami north of a line arawn east and west, through the centre of Congressional Township eleven (11.) 2. The southern district including all that part of Vigo county, lyiug east of the Wabash river, and south of the aixive line. 3. The western district, including all that part of Vigo county, lying west of the Wabash river.
