The River.
The Wabash is rising very fast, and is now 10-^ feet above low water. Drift wood has commenced running down. But one Flat Boat has gone out this spring.
The J. D. Early, the Statesman, and the Umpire passed up yesterday. Expected.—The City of Cairo,.apd the Red Wing. Shipping by the river promises to be better this spring than it was last.
